When will the products ship?
Products will be shipped within 2-3 business days for customers in the US. We currently only ship within the US.
Do I receive an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation when you place the order. Once the products are shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
How do I track my orders?

The tracking shows that the package has been delivered but I don’t see it, what do I do?
If you have not received an order that shows delivered or have any questions on the delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Can I exchange or cancel an order?
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
