Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject 'ORDER #VIXXXXX confirmed' from hello@vivarashop.co. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.Orders will take 1-2 business days to ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may result in shipping delays and additional charges. We may contact you for clarification if needed, so please provide your email and phone numbers during the checkout process.

Shipping Cost
We currently only ship within the US and offer free shipping.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email regarding the tracking of your order.
Additional Shipping Charges
For shipments returned to us due to incorrect or non-standard address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $15 shipping and handling fee. This will be automatically charged to the payment method you provided and this fee is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
Reshipment
There will be a $15 shipping & handling fee for reshipment if the package is returned to the sender due to inadequate address information.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days when calculating shipping times.
